The Quadrant believes in using only the best ingredients for our dishes. We have learnt that if you have the right foundations, you can build anything! So the fundaments of our dishes have to be good produce. We try our best to source good local producers & suppliers & shop local. 

The latest local producer we have managed to get on board is the Clifton Village Butchers & their British farm assured, quality assured beef & pork.

Exclusively locally to us, this fine meat is also served at the Ivy, Clifton Brasserie which is sister restaurant to the michelin star, The Ivy.

Kingfisher Midlands are experienced fishmongers, supplying quality fresh fish and seafood to the catering industry throughout Birmingham and the Midlands. They source, prepare and deliver fresh and frozen, fish and seafood; directly to professional kitchens. They supply all types of catering establishments from Michelin starred restaurants, hotels, pubs, retail outlets, schools, colleges and universities to sports stadiums and contract caterers across the South West.

They have links with fishing ports around the UK enabling them to buy fresh from local day fishing boats. They also have strong links with overseas suppliers enabling them to offer a great variety of fish and seafood delivered to you each day.

CLIFTON VILLAGE BUTCHERS

Situated in the heart of the trendy shopping area of Clifton Village in Bristol, is Clifton Village Butchers. Established in 1995 the business success is firmly based on providing customers with top quality products, value for money and helpful friendly service.

CRAIGELLACHIE

Smoked Atlantic Salmon, farmed in Scotland, only the finest fresh salmon are selected to produce Craigellachie Smoked Atlantic Salmon. Time-honoured smoking methods, perfected through generations provide a consistency subtle texture and delicate flavour. Each side is dry-cured with natural salt and gently smoked over smouldering oak wood chips. Once smoked, the salmon is vacuum packed and ready to serve.

REG THE VEG

The original 'Reg the Veg' was Reg Meek, who opened the shop back in the 1960s. Since then, it's passed into the hands of the Hagon family and is run byfather and son team John and Tom.

They pride themselves in offering quality produce - seasonal and local where possible, with varieties - and prices - that you often won't find in the supermarkets.

They’re the preferred supplier of many of Bristol's best restaurants, so from Sunday roasts to Saturday night cocktails, you'll often find Reg the Veg on the menu!

St. Austell Brewery

ST AUSTELL WINES – OVER 150 YEARS OF HERITAGE

If you appreciate the refinements of time, you may be pleasantly surprised to hear that St Austell’s wine heritage dates back to 1851, when Walter Hicks, the founder of St Austell Brewery, started his business as a wine merchant, maltster and brewer.

Today their range includes over 750 wines spanning a wide range of countries and grape varieties.
